The Community Hall can seat up to 100 people or 150 people standing and can be hired for one-off events (sorry no parties) or for regular events and activities.

The space is flexible and can be set out in a variety of layouts such as U-Shaped, Boardroom, theatre or classroom styles.

The small room can seat up to 30 and can be used for smaller meetings, discussions, workshops, a breakout room, exercise classes and training delivery.

Cancellation Terms for Room Hire

More than 7 days             No cancellation fee
7 days – 2 days                50% of the total booking cost will be charged
Less than 2 days             100% of the booking cost will be charged

Equipment 

The following equipment is available to hire for your meetings, at a small charge:

• Projector
• Projector Screen
• Flipchart Stand including Paper and Pens
• Laptops
• Sports Equipment

We have an IT suite available to hire for £35.00 per hour.

Refreshments

Facilities for light refreshments are available within the centre or the Forum can provide teas, coffee, juice and water for an additional charge.
